When the pandemic hit, retail worker Kirsten McLaughlan wanted to change career - but she had no qualifications. Her learning journey began with Fife College at SCQF level 5. She's now working her way up the qualifications framework, with ambitions of completing a computing degree at SCQF Level 10.
