The SCQF Partnership and Developing the Young Workforce Fife welcomed employers from across Fife to St Andrew's RC High School, in Kirkcaldy, to share top tips on future-proofing their recruitment process. They busted confusion around qualifications and spoke about using SCQF levels in job adverts to get the best possible pool of applicants.
